At FED, Mihir is the Associate Partner for Textile & Apparel and state engagements. He drives FED’s vision for improving India’s competitiveness in T&A manufacturing & exports as well as enhancing the country’s attractiveness as an investment destination and ensures alignment with key stakeholders in Central and State Governments. Prior to FED, Mihir worked as Director – Textiles, Government of Telangana where, as sector head, he was responsible for textile policy formulation and implementation, investment promotion, and development of Kakatiya Mega Textile Park – the country’s largest integrated mega textile park. He has also worked with the TATA Group in the past, conceptualizing and developing large scale infrastructure projects and driving business excellence initiatives across group companies through TATA Business Excellence Assessments. Mihir completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
